FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS ONLY
Having earned my Master Artist degree, as well as Master Photography degree, through the Professional Photographers of America, I am so extremely grateful to have had the time and energy to devote my time learning my craft as a digital, photographic artist. This has involved an incredible amount of dedication, print competitions, teaching and public speaking. Having studied under extremely talented individuals, I have developed my skills and style as a fine art retoucher and artist.
As a result, I have decided to launch services exclusively tailored towards other photographers, helping them achieve painterly images for their clients. Imagine being to share with your clients that you have a notable and trusted in-house artist as a member of your team.
The process is simple. After sending me your image, we will discuss a time to review the extend of your vision, after which I can provide an initial quote. Once complete your are give three minor revisions. Each revision is based on a zoom call during which time we can go through your changes while looking at your image. You will then be provided the digital image of the multi-media painting. You work with your client in providing the end product.
For the very discriminating client who wishes to have embellished or hand painted touches of oil paint to their image, there is a significant investment, as the process is much more involved and costly to produce and ship. Still, there is a growing demand for unique, beautiful portraits.
Because each situation is very unique, I will provide you a quote based on your inquiry, and the level of time you need to achieve your goal.
Thank you so much for your interest.
Best, Irene
In-House Photoshop Artisan
Just what is it? As a reputable and established photographer, adding another profitable product line can make you stand apart. Image having your own personal digital artist you can call on to create beautiful digitally hand rendered paintings of your own photographs. Having earned my Master Artist and Master Photography degrees with the Professional Photographers of America, I have had the honor of working with some of the finest photographers in the industry.
How does it work? After submitting your full resolution image, we will schedule a consultation to discuss the color scheme of the final product. I have curated a number of beautiful backgrounds and textures that serve as the base of the painting. The cost of the artist rendering begins at $350 and depends on the complexity of the image. (images with multiple subjects, headswaps, composites require more time and are therefore is more of an investment to create. When it comes to printing your artwork, you may work with your personal vendor if you wish, and can therefore price your final product based on your business model. This allows you to maintain control of the final product and sales cost during this collaborative process. It is a creative boost to packages offered to your clients!
The turn around time depends on the complexity of the project. Generally speaking, I recommend that a minimum of three weeks to a month for a painting to be completed. (Depending on the availability, exceptions can be made for memorial paintings. )Half way through the process, if necessary, we will conduct online zoom meetings where the screen can be shared, further enhancing the collaborative process. Once complete, you may make any final, minor revisions. The painting will be exported to you as a digital image.
Thank you for your interest!

"Thank you for the thoroughly professional and throughly enjoyable presentation on the Art of Animal Photography. It was wonderful to see how quickly you put everyone at ease with what can be an intimidating subject. Our members range the full spectrum of little/no Photoshop to expert, and I know we were all inspired and all learned a lot. One member told me that he has wanted to try compositing for years and that now he felt that he could give it a try. I create composites on a regular basis and learned new tools and techniques from you.
Your advice on how to get great shots at the zoo was spot on! I went yesterday morning and am delighted with what I was able to capture.
I really like how you showed us how you turned mediocre shots into incredible fine art. I was particularly impressed with the hard light shot of the elephants, where you turned a throw-away shot into a touching, artful image.
I love your work, and I very much appreciate your excellent presentation breaking down your process into easy to understand steps so that I can create artistic images of my own. Thanks so much for one of the best presentations our South Bay Club has ever had!
